Shaw Walker Signed Stacking Oak 45 Drawer 1900 Antique File Cabinet

A splendid stacking file cabinet from about 1900 with 45 drawers is signed "Shaw Walker, Chicago, Muskegon & NY."

Solid quarter sawn oak, the deep finish is in excellent condition. Patinated brass pulls and label holders are original. Vertical drawers will fit standard letter files as shown.

American made office or library furniture, there are seven interlocking stack sections, including the top and rebuilt base. Twenty four shallow document drawers fit two stacks of legal papers and have finger push up holes.

Interior dimensions are 18 1/2" wide, 14 1/2" deep and 1" deep. Overall size is 42" wide, 18" deep and 67" tall.
