Victorian Angels Electrified Banquet Oil Lamp, Brass, Nickel & Onyx, Pat 1897

An authentic Victorian period tall "Banquet" oil lamp is embossed brass and nickel with an angel motif and genuine onyx column. The burner is signed, "Made in America, Pat. Aug. 3, 1897."

A subtly etched satin glass ball shade is of the period and has a small flake at the bottom, hidden by the brass ring, see photos.

This antique lamp has been electrified with a standard base socket, there is a switch on the cord. Shade diameter is 9" and overall height is 32."
