Walnut Antique 1850's Armoire, Closet or Wardrobe, Gothic Arch Doors

Hand crafted of solid walnut in the 1850's, this Victorian period armoire, closet or wardrobe has Gothic arches in the doors.

The renewed finish is in excellent condition with warm patina, preserving just enough mars, shrinkage separations and stains for a little antique character. Sides and door panels are single wide planks of figured walnut.

There are cleats inside where shelves could be installed if desired, alternatively a closet pole could be added to this American made antique furniture. Square nails, chamfered panels and hand planing marks are authentic.

Measurements are 55" wide at the crown, 20" deep and 77 1/2" tall.
