Whale Oil 1800's Antique Iron Lamp

A genuine whale oil burning lamp was hand wrought in the early 1800's. This iron light could also burn almost any oil, even bacon fat and appears ready to go.

Hand wrought, there is a hanging hook that could level the lamp on a ship, it could also sit on a table. American or English made, there is swinging cover to fill.

Font diameter is 4 1/2" and overall length is 22."
