Victorian Carved 1860 Queen Size Bed

Authentic Victorian furniture from about 1860, a spectacular hand carved walnut bed has been adapted by a master craftsman to fit a modern queen size mattress.

This bed is constructed of solid hand carved walnut including walnut "leaves" which are outstanding. The burl panels are lovely, and there are irregularities as usual in the large matched burl panels. The finish is superb.

Grand American antique furniture, size is 65" wide, 88" long, the headboard is 8' 1" tall and 2" thick, the curved footboard is 36" tall and 5" deep.
