An authentic Russian samovar or hot water kettle for making tea has a Cyrillic signature from "Tula," the greatest center of crafting Samovars in the world.
The brass drip tray is included. On the lid is engraved "Made in USSR," so this urn probably dates from around 1930. The center "chimney" was filled with hot coals, the surrounding water tank has a tin wash and seems to still hold water.
Size is 12" across and 18" tall.
