Hand dovetailed copper with iron mounts and handle, this massive kettle was used for cooking apple butter from the fall harvest, simmering over a fire.
Crafted in Wisconsin in the late 1800's, it has charming dings and wear for antique character. The wooden stand is later, when it was used for kindling next to a fireplace.
Size is 24" across, 16" high and 24" tall including the stand.
