Surveyor Sears Service Transit Level and Wooden Case

Sold by Sears in the 1930's, a "Craftsman Farm Level or Service Transit Level" has a dovetailed mahogany case.

The crackled enamel finish with brass mounts is original. There is a bubble level on this American made scientific instrument. An original manual and hanging bob are included.

The scope extends to 11" long, case size is 12" long.
