A traditional oak wall telephone is signed by famous maker, "Western Electric, Pat. 1910," and has been restored with a later dial installed inside the door. We do not know if this can be used with current telephone technology. A handle cranks the internal generator which rings the bells.
The restored finish is very well preserved on this American made antique "party line" phone with "finger" dovetailed corners. There is a shelf to write down messages.
Measurements are 12" wide including the crank and earpiece, 23" tall and projection from the wall is 14."
