A vanity, dressing table or desk with bench from about 1930 are walnut with matched burl and hand painting. There is no surviving signature, but matching pieces were signed by famous maker, "Sligh."
The renewed finish is in excellent condition, preserving minor mars and wear for a little antique character, see photos. Drawers have hardwood sides with dovetailed joints and original knobs. The mirror is detachable. Dimensions are 46" wide, 19" deep, the top is 29 1/2" high and overall height is 60."
The sturdy bench measures 30" long, 15" wide and 17" tall.
