Needlepoint Sampler, Beadwork, Signed CB 1840, Carved Pine Frame

A sampler on linen has hand stitched woolen needlepoint with intricate floral motifs and glass beadwork. This work of art is signed, "C.B. 1840."

Colors are still bold with very little fading on this American made antique textile. The hand carved pine frame and wavy glass appear original.

Overall size is 25 1/2" wide, 23 1/2" tall and 1 1/2" deep.
