Irish Chippendale Antique Carved Desk or Side Chair, New Upholstery #29751

Carved of solid mahogany in the "Irish Chippendale" manner with ribbon motifs, this occasional or desk chair dates from the 1920's. The wide comfortable seat is newly upholstered.

The restored deep finish is in excellent condition, preserving a few mars, especially on the feet, for a little antique character. American made furniture, the sturdy frame has been reglued to serve another generation.

Measurements are 24" wide, 23" deep, 39" tall and the seat is 18" high.
