English Tudor Antique Carved Oak Club Sofa, Kittinger, New Upholstery #30847

An English Tudor design sofa was carved of solid oak for a private club in the 1920's, and has been newly upholstered. We have seen this design before, hand crafted by "Kittinger of NY," but the signature was lost when reupholstered, and cannot be proven. Spiral columns are authentic.

The original finish was shaded to look "antique," and is very well preserved. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain the warm luster is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. There is a slight flex to the sturdy frame from its design. Cushions have zippers for easier cleaning on this American made furniture.

Measurements are 77" wide, 36" deep, 35" tall and the seats are 18" high.
