Georgian Vintage Mahogany Secretary Desk & Bookcase, Secret Drawers #31037

This Georgian style traditional secretary desk with bookcase top has claw feet, a "block" front and secret compartments. Solid mahogany is carved with an authentic pediment.

The restored deep finish is in excellent condition on this American made vintage furniture from the 1940's. When the lid is opened, supports extend automatically. Inside are tiny cubicles and secret compartments.

The bookcase has glass doors with traditional grill work. Drawers have original brass filigree pulls. The bookcase and drop front have a working lock and key.

Measurements are 32" wide at the crown, 19" deep and 89" tall, the desktop is 28" high.
