Victorian Iron Antique Safe, Yale Combination Lock, Syracuse of NY #31160

A Victorian period cast iron safe from the 1890's is signed, "Syracuse Safe Co. Syracuse, NY" and "M Dreher, Dealer, Milwaukee." This working safe also could be an interesting chair side table for a drink and a book.

The original pointing and pin striping have some wear and losses and have been preserved with clear varnish on this American made antique office furniture.

The "Yale" antique combination locks works. Inside are a locked compartment, two tiny oak drawers, and a tray for gold coins.

Size is 16" wide, 19" deep and 26 1/2" tall.
