Victorian Rocker Antique Walnut Platform Rocking Chair #31560

From the Victorian period about 1895, this "platform" rocker is solid walnut with older faux leather upholstery and brass nail head trim. This fixed base rocking chair was popular because they did not "travel" when rocked.

The frame has a restored finish in excellent condition and is tight and sturdy. Large and comfortable, this is American made antique furniture.

Size is 27" wide, 35" deep, 37" tall and the seat is 16" high.
