Italian Art Deco Antique Olive Burl Armoire, Wardrobe or Closet, Bakelite #32894

A spectacular Art Deco period triple armoire, wardrobe or closet from about 1925 was hand crafted in Italy of matched olive wood burl. Carvings are done by the hand of a master.

The restored rich finish is in excellent condition, preserving some shrinkage separations from age and irregularities of the intricate burl grain, see photos.

Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints and original pulls with bakelite mounts. Locks are operational.There is a hint of antique "smoke" to the original shaped and beveled mirror. Center and right compartments have closet poles, the left has shelves.

This historic furniture can be disassembled for easier delivery. Dimensions are 79" wide, 24" deep and 83" tall.
