A country farmhouse in California is depicted in this original oil painting on board from about 1910 signed Margaret E. Moore.

Famed American artist, Margaret Eugenia Moore, was born in Missouri about 1842 and moved to California where she died in 1923. Her studio burned down in the 1906 earthquake, and she lost most of her early work.

Measurements are 13" wide, 11" tall and 1" deep.
