Born in Pennsylvania, this untrained artist moved to Colorado, Los Angeles and Chicago. Famous for his American scenes, this work of art captures the grandeur of the coast with flying gulls and twilight colors.

The carved deep gold frame has various touchups and is in very good condition on this American antique painting.

Overall size is 33" x 23" and 3" deep.
