Waterbury Donald Oak Clock, Northwind Face

This Victorian oak clock with a "press" carved North Wind face has its original label on the back, signed "Donald" by famous "Waterbury Clock Co of Connecticut." The case has a very fine golden finish, the reverse design on the glass and embossed pendulum are original from about 1895.

An alarm mechanism is part of the 8 day brass movement, which has been professionally oiled. It runs well, striking the hour and half. Size of this antique is 15" wide, 4 1/2" deep, and 22" tall.
